Produce documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services.

As part of Keep Stepping, we were required to document each of our treatment sessions. In the first semester, we typed our own notes in a way that made sense to us, progressing to the online documentation system, WebPT second semester. Our notes were graded based on accuracy, conciseness, timeliness, legibility, and grammatical correctness. Although some clinics use handwritten documentation, the majority do it online. I definitely feel that this practice with online documentation helped me with documentation in my clinical experiences.
